Rewinder ULTRARIB 3

The ULTRARIB 3 is a machine consisting of two separate stations, an unwinder and a rewinder, joined by a removable platform (under which the rolls that convey the material pass) which allows other systems to be positioned in the middle, for example: laser, punching unit, micro-perforation.

• Low consumption and high efficiency A.C. motors achieved by fully digital Inverters with (close flux vector) mode configuration;ù
• Complete with asynchronous A.C. motors (digital flux vector inverters);
• Working speed of 500 mt/1’

• Trims cutting group with laser for blades positioning;
• Trims exhauster group;
• Double platform;
• Splice table on the mother roll.
